Philippa Stanton
Philippa Stanton: Conscious Creativity – Experiment, Explore, Create
I had such a wonderful time chatting with Philippa during this interview. She has such a unique way in perceiving the world with her senses!
In this interview, we touched on topics such as
- understanding more about synesthesia experiences
- how creativity means freedom and moving forward
- her book Conscious Creativity – the importance of observation if your goal is to create something uniquely yours
- her workbook – permission to experiment, so you can break free of perfectionism and getting to know yourself
- how to encourage our own kids to engage with their senses
- consciously decide to “be bored” and physically engage with our physical world
I can’t wait to get my hands on Philippa’s new workbook! That’s because, not only does she ask us to create things, she asks us to destroy the book AFTER we’d put in our sweat and tears to create something!
I know that this is something that is going to be a challenge for myself, because I want everything to stay nice, and the thought of having to destroy something I’ve created is going to be hard! But I also believe that this is the only way I can break free of my own limiting beliefs, so I can’t wait to try !
And if you want to watch the video of Philippa using her senses to explore the world, then you don’t want to miss this one!
